​When Orange Door owners, Justin and Eliza, converted the guest suite of their Los Angeles ranch-style home into a short-term rental and put a fresh coat of orange paint on the front doors to welcome guests, they realized how small, thoughtful details can transform an experience. With a passion for architecture, design, innovation, and hospitality, they started seeing potential everywhere—even in the smallest, most awkward spaces.

 

Eliza’s marketing background and Justin’s tech business experience (coupled with his ability to fix anything by watching YouTube videos!), gave way to launching Orange Door in 2017. Not only did they set out to transform spaces into stylish, comfortable short-term rentals guests would rave about, they also saw an opportunity to create truly passive income for homeowners. 

 

By serving as professional hosts, Orange Door designs and develops the spaces then fully manages the day-to-day operations of a short-term rental property freeing owners.
